The February 2010 issue of the Journal of Contemporary Criminal Justice will be devoted to general strain theory, the theory of crime developed by Robert Agnew. And Agnew was identified as one of the most highly cited criminologists in an article in the May 2007 issue of the Journal of Criminal Justice ("Scholarly Influence in Criminology and Criminal Justice Journals in 1990-2000).
