Current Research:
I am largely interested in studying spaces of higher education at the individual student, faculty, and administrator levels as well as from an organizational lens. I focus on socioeconomic status both as a concept of diversity for higher ed. institutions and what it means for students' sense of self, identity, and belonging in these spaces. I am particularly interested in understanding the intersectionality between class, race, and gender and how these different identities are shaped, formed, or changed for both undergraduate and graduate students. .
