Maureen Blyler Graduate Research Award

This award is given in honor and memory of Maureen Blyler -- student, colleague, and friend to many in the department -- who died tragically in a cycling accident in 2002. Recognizing excellence in research as demonstrated in a scholarly work produced during the academic year, the award signifies the exceptional dedication, drive and vitality that Maureen embodied during her years at Emory.

The Maureen Blyler Graduate Research Award was established in 2004. Awards listed for 2001-2004 received recognition for their research under a different award.
