Conféderation Paysanne

Site of activist French peasant organization that opposes industrial agriculture and free trade but supports independent farming in harmony with the land; has statements, petitions, background information; online material from magazine has information on prosecution of leader José Bové and others for acts of civil disobedience against WTO-approved US sanctions and genetically modified food, as well as other dossiers on international food and trade issues
